Annual
Operating Budget
Annual
dues are the responsibility of each homeowner.
When you purchase a home in Monarch View this
is part of the contractual agreement. Your dues
help us maintain and improve common grounds,
including the pool, park area and playground,
ponds, and entrances. They also support all of
our family activities. Without timely payment
of your dues an operating budget for the upcoming
year cannot be set. This causes delays and potential
loss of contractors who provide services for
our pool and grounds.
Dues are $396.00
per year.
Invoices will
be mailed late November — mid December
for the upcoming year.
Dues
are due January 31st.
Late charges will
be added:
March 1st — $50.00
April 1st — an additional $50.00 ($100.00
total) As a reminder, names may be placed
on the Monarch View website.
May 1st — an additional $50.00 ($150.00
total) and the lien process will begin
on the property of all homeowners who have
not paid their dues. Suspension of all
rights and privileges for use of Monarch
View common grounds, including the pool
and all activities, is in effect until
dues are paid in full plus any and all
legal processing fees and interest accrued.
Names of delinquent homeowners will be
placed on this web site and may also be
placed at the pool or during events/activities.

checks payable to MVPOA. Include your
lot number (found on your dues invoice) and
last name on the memo line of the check and
