The intent of the bulletin board
is to give residents a forum for discussion. Some of the
things that we recommend the bulletin board to be used for
are:
Advertisments for services and/or
goods for sale
Locating
goods and/or services that you need
Community happenings
The bulletin
board should NOT be used for political purposes or to post
complaints about anything or anyone. Please be sensitive
to other residents by not using inappropriate language.
Neither this Web site, nor the
bulletin board are private. Please remember this if you post
personal information (i.e. e-mail, phone, house number, etc.).
HOA or web master are not responsible for items sold or
traded.
Ad will be displayed from posting
date or until event has expired (sold, no longer needed,
etc.). Click on any of the thumnail images to view larger
images. Ads are listed from new to old (newest at the top,
oldest at the bottom of each list). Sold items will get a "SOLD" icon
next to them and have their texted
"stricked through" but will remain on the list
for one week alfter the sale. If you would like to have your
ad changed or taken off the web site; please contact the
web master
for this.
Creating an Ad is quick and easy!
Just enter your information in an online form; click submit
and within 24 hours your Ad will be posted.
