The intent of the bulletin
board is to give residents a forum for discussion. Some of the things
that we recommend the bulletin board to be used for are:
- Advertisments for services and/or goods for sale.
- Locating goods and/or services that you need.
- Community happenings.
The Nitty Gritty
- The bulletin board should NOT be
used for political purposes or to post complaints about anything
or anyone.
- Please be sensitive to other residents
by not using inappropriate language.
- Neither this Web site, nor the bulletin
board are private. Please remember this if you post personal information
(i.e. e-mail, phone, house number, etc.).
- Neither HOA nor web master are
responsible for items sold or traded.
- Ad will be displayed for six months from
posting date or until event has expired (sold, no longer needed,
etc.).
- Click on any of the thumnail images to
view larger images.
- Ads are listed from new to old (newest
at the top, oldest at the bottom of each list).
Guidelines to keep in mind
will creating your Ad
- Please keep the Ad copy simple and short.
- Overly long Ads will be shortened due to space requirements.
- Double check all the information you provide — especially
email addresses, prices, and phone numbers.
- Remember to provide contact information for the people viewing
your Ad.
- Does your Ad require any of the following?
- Your Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Street Address
- Date & Time information
- You can upload a photo to use in your ad.
- Please choose a photo that is approximately 5" x 7" and
300 dpi.
- Make sure photo is clear and sharp.
- Your photo will be resized to fit the Ad as a "thumbnail" and
then the 5" x 7" size you originally provided will
be used for the
"enlarged" view.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your add to be posted.
- Every effort will be made to post your Ad on the same day
it is submitted.

or removed from the web site; please contact the webmaster
