The Monarch View POA will be accepting bids for the upcoming year. Up for bidding is a total package lawn care service that would include all lawn care, sprinkler and entrance maintenance. Bids must be received by December 5, 2010 and must include references and proof of insurance. Please contact the board for more detailed information.
