2010 Dues Update

As of March 1, 45 Monarch View homeowners have not paid their 2010 dues. An additional $50 late fee has been assessed to these homeowners.

If they remain unpaid there is a potential total of $150 in late fees as well as a loss of privileges to the common grounds and the community pool. Names of delinquent homeowners will be posted at the pool and on the website.

In addition, on May 1st a lien will be placed on unpaid properties and additional legal charges and interest will be assessed.

As of April 1, 2010; 25 Monarch View homeowners that have not paid their 2010 dues.
