Homeowner's Dues are Overdue!

All dues were due February 1st. Approximately 50 homeowner’s have not paid yet. The board cannot set our final budget for 2008 and start various projects without these monies on hand. Please fulfill your obligation, if you have not already done so, and mail your check to:

Dues received after March 1, 2008 will have a $50 late charge.
