Trash
Barrels — Necessary, But Please Store Them
Out of Sight! Posted:
Friday, July 11, 2008
Many trash barrels have either
been put out too soon before
trash pickup or
have been left outside looooooonnnngggg
after trash pickup. Trash barrels
that have been left out are generating
more calls to the board than
any
other Covenant infraction! According
to our Protective
Covenants (#13) "There
shall be no outside trash barrels..."
Please, as a courtesy to all of our neighbors,
only put trash barrels out
the night before pickup and bring them back
in as soon as possible after
pickup on Monday. Help keep the neighborhood
good looking!

Interested
In A Swim Team At Monarch View? Posted: Saturday,
January 02, 2010
At the last board meeting, resident Carron Miesner
made a proposal regarding starting a swim team
in Monarch View.
Please email or call 600-6461 with the age of your child(ren)
who may be interested. This is not a commitment
to join the team but just a way to get an idea
of what the interest level would be IF we were
to have one. Thanks!

South
Pond Posted: Monday,
November 16, 2009
You may have noticed that the final touches were
made on the south pond.
The rocks have been cleaned off and over 800 yards
of silt was removed from
the south pond. The Board would like to thank Bill
and Sandra Kenney
for their help. They saved the Association over
$5,000 in additional costs.
This spring we will be installing breaks
in between the bridge and Hook road. Hopefully,
this will encourage the silt to settle in a much
easier location to remove.

Still
Short Board Members Posted: Monday,
September 14, 2009
We currently have several openings on the board
that were not filled at the July meeting. We are
still in need of a Vice President, someone to oversee
the Grounds, and we also do not have an Activities
coordinator. Since there is no coordinator for
activities we are forced to cancel the activities
for the next year.
If you would like to volunteer for any of these
positions please feel free to contact the board.
Or, if you would like to hold an activity for the
subdivision please give the board your ideas and
budgetary needs 2 months in advance and we will
be more than happy to discuss your ideas at the
next board meeting.

New
Pool Video Surveillance System Installed Posted: Sunday, August 9, 2009
There will be a video surveillance system installed around the pool house area.
We will be recording activity 24/7 to help decrease the vandalism that has happened
at our pool during the day and night. This monitoring is for security purposes
only.
You are still responsible for your own safety and conduct.
If any homeowners notice any vandalism at the pool, please notify the board so
we can review the tape and act accordingly.
