A
Fall MVPOA Community Garage Sale Posted:
Monday, August 25, 2008
Several people have asked if we will be holding
a Monarch View Community Garage Sale this Fall.
A Fall Garage Sale was not discussed for this year
but maybe we can try to have one next year if there
is enough interest.
Trash
Barrels — Necessary, But Please Store Them
Out of Sight! Posted:
Friday, July 11, 2008
Many trash barrels have either
been put out too soon before
trash pickup or
have been left outside looooooonnnngggg
after trash pickup. Trash barrels
that have been left out are generating
more calls to the board than
any
other Covenant infraction! According
to our Protective
Covenants (#13) "There
shall be no outside trash barrels..."
Please, as a courtesy to all of our neighbors,
only put trash barrels out
the night before pickup and bring them back
in as soon as possible after
pickup on Monday. Help keep the neighborhood
good looking!

Repair or Replacement Posted:
Monday, June 23, 2008
If the street curbing in front
of your house is damaged you
can call the
Lee's Summit Public Works Dept.
at 816-969-1870. They will send
a
representative out to assess
the damage. Based upon the city's
evaluation
the curb will either be patched
or replaced.
NOTE: If the city
chooses to
just patch the area they will
use asphalt. Call the Public
Works Dept. for
further details.
